Dangote begins trial operations at new Ethiopian plant03 June 2015, Published under Cement NewsDangote Cement Plc began trial production of cement last week at its 2.5Mta cement works in Ethiopia, AllAfrica press reported. The milestone of kiln ignition was achieved in April 2015. The plant is connected to grid electricity and stockpiles of limestone have been built up from the quarry, 4km away.
