Sales in the April-June quarter 2019 came in at 1.176Mt. In the 2Q18 cement sales reached 1.22Mt. Swiss cement sales return to positive growth09 July 2018, Published under Cement NewsSwitzerland’s domestic cement deliveries has increased 2.9 per cent YoY to 1.22Mt in 2Q18, returning to positive growth for the first time since 4Q16, according the country’s cement association, Cemsuisse. In the first half of 2018, deliveries advanced 0.8 per cent compared to the corresponding period of the previous year. Around 200 corporate jobs will go and the corporate offices in Paris and Zurich will close. Remaining positions in Switzerland will be moved to the company's Holderbank site and a new corporate office in Zug.
