Tarmac plans Dunbar plant modernisation

UK-based Tarmac has announced plans to modernise its plant in Dunbar, Scotland. The proposal, submitted for approval to the East Lothian Council, includes the addition of a grinding unit, storage silo and a rail loading facility.
