Fitch Ratings has upgraded Grupo Cementos de Chihuahua (GCC) local and foreign currency Issuer Default Ratings (IDRs) to 'BB' from 'BB-'. JSW Group plans to invest INR40bn (US$610m) to boost its port and cement capacity in the next two years.
