Bolivia’s economic recovery and particularly the construction sector’s revival is not yet at full speed with the restart of public projects and private works advancing at a modest pace. In 2021 domestic cement demand increased by 19.1 per cent YoY. However, this followed a 24.6 per cent YoY decline a year earlier (see Table 1).
