The output of Russia's cement manufacturer Lipetskcement, which is part of the Eurocement holding, increased 3.2 per cent on the year to 1.54Mt in 2003, Eurocement said in a statement Tuesday. Lipetskcement supplies the cement it produces to Moscow and the Moscow Region, to the Lipetsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Rostov, Samara, Tambov and Kransnodar Regions, as well as to the constituent republics of Tatarstan, Mariy El, Dagestan and Udmurtia, and to Azerbaijan.  Eurocement also comprises Bryansk-Region based Maltsovsky portlandcement, Ryazan-Region based Mikhailovcement, and Savinsky Cement Plant, based in the Arkhangelsk Region.  In 2002, Eurocement produced over 7Mt of cement.
