Société Saoura Ciment has opted for a MVR 5000 R-4 raw grinding mill for its second production line in Zahana, Algeria.

The mill will have a capacity of 425tph and grind raw material to a fineness of 12 per cent residue 90µm. The total drive power will be 3500kW.

The feed material has a surface moisture of almost 13 per cent and is dried easily while being ground in the mill.

The order was placed by the Chinese contractor CBMI.
