Construction at Maple Leaf Cement Factory Ltd site put on hold

Maple Leaf Cement Factory Limited (MLCF) has announced that construction work on a 7300tpd capacity expansion has been put on hold, following an order issued by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Government of Punjab. FLSmidth reports higher EBITA margin despite lower revenue

Denmark-based FLSmidth reported a 14 per cent fall in revenues in 3Q17 to DKK4101m (US$ 642.4m) from DKK4774m in 3Q16. Key equipment for Fancesa line arrives at port

Some 200 large components for the new production line of Bolivian cement producer Fábrica Nacional de Cemento (Fancesa) have arrived at the northern Chilean port of Iquique. FLSmidth reports 11% rise in revenue

FLSmidth reported an 11 per cent rise in revenue and a 25 per cent increase in EBITA in the 2Q17, driven by continued momentum in in orders from service activities. Consolidated order intake grew by five per cent in the three month period while revenue rose to DKK4585m from DKK4135m a year earlier.
