Wärtsilä Corporation has signed an agreement with Riyadh Cement Company (RCC) to deliver a second power plant for their new cement plant expansion in Saudi Arabia. FLSmidth has signed a contract worth EUR79.3m for a complete cement production line to be built on an existing cement plant in Verhnebakanskiy near the port city of Novorossiysk east of the Crimean peninsular. Devnya Cement AD, the Bulgarian subsidiary of Italcementi and the largest producer in the country, has contracted Polysius to supply a kiln line for 7000tpd of clinker.
