Siemens Ltd’s Industrial Solutions and Services Division has won three orders worth Rs 680m (US$15.3m), including two export orders, in the cement industry. Danish engineering group FLSmidth has won an $247 million contract for a cement factory in Ste. Genevieve, Missouri from Switzerland’s Holcim . The order will contribute beneficially to FLSmidth’s earnings until the plant is commissioned in 2009, the company said in a statement.  The plant will include largest single clinker production line in the world with a capacity of more than 4Mt of clinker per year.
