Jaakko Poyry Group Oyj, Sweden said its unit Electrowatt-Ekono Philippines has received an order worth Euro 0.9m from FR Cement Corporation. The three-year operation and maintenance agreement is an extension of the a previous operation and maintenance contract for a 17.5mW fuel oil fired independent power plant, Jaako Poyry reports. FR Cement Corporation is part of the Lafarge Associated Companies in the Philippines and is based in Teresa, Rizal.

The Vietnam Machinery Installation Corporation (Lilama) has signed a contract worth nearly $40m to manufacture and supply steam boilers for India’s Barh STPP, state media reported.
