Unitherm-Cemcon has commissioned a MAS burner for a South Korean cement producer in May 2019. The start-up took just four days. The Austrian burner company won a contract to supply three MAS kiln burners at a South Korean plant in late 2018. The first burner was delivered in February 2019 and the remaining two in March 2019. FCT Combustion has won a contract to convert both kilns at Ash Grove Cement's Louisville plant, NE, USA to natural gas firing. The supply will include Gyro-Therm™ MKII burners, natural valve trains for both kilns and NFPA 86 BMS for both kilns.

FCT awarded new contract in Turkey

Baticim Bati Anadolu CImento Sanayii has placed an order with FCT Combustion for a burning system firing petcoke, fuel oil and alternative solid fuels at the Turkish cement producers plant in Izmir.
