DMCI Holdings Inc is gradually integrating its business with cement producer Cemex Holdings Philippines Inc , initially through the company’s power unit. Cemex Holdings Philippines (CHP) disclosed that APO Cement and Solid Cement have repurchased the cement brands from their Switzerland-based sister firm, Cemex  Innovation Holding (CIH). Phinma to invest in PHP2bn Davao plant

Philippines-based Phinma Corp plans to invest approximately PHP2bn (US$34.7m) in a new cement plant in Davao to further consolidate its presence in the cement market.
