The barge was loaded with about 8000m 3 of clinker and suffered a fracture in the middle of the hull after loading on 11 July 2022. Siam Cement plant catches on fire11 July 2022, Published under Cement NewsPT Siam Cement Group ( SCG) factory on Jalan Palabuhan II, Sukabumi Regency, Thailand, has caught fire. The cause of the fire is not yet known. A number of vehicles and firefighters entered the factory area to extinguish the fire. There were no casualties in the incident.
