Bim Son Cement JSC has awarded Loesche the contract to supply a vertical roller mill for the grinding of clinker and granulated blast furnace slag at the Bim Son cement plant in Thanh Hóa province, Vietnam. FLSmidth to deliver Bangladesh grinding line

FLSmidth has signed an engineering, procurement and supply of equipment contract with Meghna Cement Mills for a cement grinding unit at the producer’s existing cement line in Mongla, Bangladesh. Fives to supply Ramco Cements

Fives has received an order from AMCL Machinery Ltd to supply a new FCB TSV™ Classifier 4500 THF for  Ramco Cements' expansion project at the RR Nagar plant in Tamil Nadu, India. This is the fourth order placed with Fives by the Indian cement producer. Previously, Ramco has installed FCB TSV™ classifiers installed at its grinding units in Kolagat, Salem and Chengalpattu plants.  

Ambuja Cements receives state nod for new grinding plant

Odisha's State Level Single Window Clearance Authority (SLSWCA) on Friday gave Ambuja Cement the go-ahead to construct a 1.5Mta cement grinding unit. The LafargeHolcim group's Indian concern has proposed the facility be established on 125 acres of land at Jharsuguda, according to Business Standard India.

Production is due to start at Dangote’s new 1.5Mta cement grinding plant in Bouansa, Republic of Congo, this month, according to the company. Three Indian companies have proposed to set up new plants in the southern Indian state of Andhra Pradesh, Business Standard (India) reports. Société Saoura Ciment has contracted Gebr Pfeiffer to supply a vertical roller mill for its new greenfield plant in Bechar, Algeria. The cement producers has ordered n MVR 5000 R-4 for cement raw material grinding. Loesche has received an order for 18 vertical roller mills by Sinoma CDI which is acting as general contractor for the construction of a cement plant in Beni Suef, Egypt, being undertaken by the country’s Ministry of Defense & Military Production (MoDMP). The MoDMP’s project involves the construction of six new production lines with a total clinker capacity of 36,000tpd by the end of 2017.
