Senegal cement sales up 0.7% in 5M1527 July 2015, Published under Cement NewsDemand for cement in Senegal edged up 0.7 per cent YoY to 1,432,100t in January-May 2015, according to national Planning and Economic Study Directorate. Production in the first five months of 2015 increased 9.6 per cent to 2,444,100t when compared with 2,230,800t noted in 5M14. Output was buoyed by a 26 per cent YoY rise in exports, which surpassed the 1Mt mark at 1,050,400t during the five-month period. |
