This one is for a new cement production line for Shahroud Cement Company which is located about 400 km east of the capital of Tehran in the Semnen province. Singapore owner and shipbuilder Labroy Marine is to build a 20,200dwt cement carrier worth SGD40m (US$23.6m). The Singapore-listed shipbuilder has not disclosed the identity of the owner behind the order. The ship is due for delivery in April 2006.
