The company, which is a joint venture between Votorantim Cimentos and Cementos Molins, acquired a 9000m 2 plot in an industrial complex alongside Route 6. Initial plans are to build a 1500m 2 warehouse, an office and a truck parking area. During a second stage, the company has the option to build a concrete plant. |

Total cement sales, including exports, fell 31 per cent during the period.
