Ukraine set to introduce new antidumping duties on imports23 May 2019, Published under Cement NewsUkraine’s interdepartmental commission for international trade has decided to introduce antidumping duties on imported cement clinker and Portland cement of 115 per cent for goods originating in Russia, 57 per cent for Belarus and 94.5 per cent for Moldova, according to the Economic Development and Trade Ministry.
