Total Vietnamese cement sales reached 8.196Mt in September 2019, up two per cent YoY and one per cent MoM, according to the latest data by the Vietnam Cement Association (VNCA). Total cement sales by Vietnamese producers slipped four per cent to 8.091Mt  in August 2019 when compared with the year-ago period, according to data by the Vietnam National Cement Association (VNCA). Cement dispatches by Vietnamese producers surged by 30 per cent YoY to 8.08Mt in July, according to data by the Vietnam National Cement Association (VNCA). When compared with the previous month, deliveries were up eight per cent. Domestic sales improved by 21 per cent to 5.794Mt when compared with July 2018. Domestic cement dispatches in Vietnam fell six per cent YoY and seven per cent MoM to 5.929Mt in May 2019, according to the Vietnam Cement Association (VNCA). Vietnamese cement sales fell by 13 per cent YoY and seven per cent MoM to 6,316,583t in April 2019, according to the Vietnam National Cement Association (VNCA). Of this total VICEM plants sold 2.158Mt, or three per cent less when compared with April 2018. Sales were down eight per cent from 2.338Mt in March 2019. Domestic sales in Vietnam increased 19 per cent YoY and 147 per cent MoM to 6.797Mt in March 2019, according to the latest data from the Vietnam National Cement Association (VNCA). Cement production in Vietnam in February 2019 reached 5.093Mt in February, up eight per cent when compared with February 2018 but down 29.7 per cent from 7.247Mt in January 2019, according the Vietnam National Cement Association (VNCA). Total cement demand in Vietnam fell to 5.828Mt in December 2018, down by one per cent YoY, but up three per cent when compared with November 2018, according to the latest data by the Vietnam National Cement Association (VNCA). Cement consumption in Vietnam remained largely stable in November 2018 when compared with the previous year at 5.675Mt, according to the Vietnam National Cement Association (VNCA). Vietnamese exports of cement and clinker soared to 2.251Mt in July 2018, up 61 per cent YoY.
