Cement demand in Chile has dropped by 15 per cent to 348,665t in October 2022, according to the Chilean Chamber of Construction (CChC). In October 2021 cement demand reached 410,424t. In the January-October period, demand fell by 12 per cent YoY to 3,190,518t from 3,624,776t in the 10M21.

Cement deliveries by members of Morocco’s cement association, APC, ( Asment Temara , Ciments de l’Atlas , Ciments du Maroc and LafargeHolcim Maroc ) were down 9.4 per cent YoY to 1,112,013t in November 2022, according to the cement association.
