Sagar Cements sees improvement in consolidated production in August06 September 2019, Published under Cement NewsIndia’s Sagar Cements has reported a 11.7 per cent YoY fall in its standalone production figures for August 2019, which declined to 182,891t from 207,008t. However, consolidated production climbed 2.5 per cent to 250,081t from 243,963t. Standalone cement sales were down 3.8 per cent YoY to 194,819t in the month, compared to 202,429t in August 2018. Akhangarancement records 29% production increase in 7M1903 September 2019, Published under Cement NewsUzbekistan’s Akhangarancement has recorded a 29 per cent YoY increase in production for the first seven months of 2019, reaching 1.1Mt of cement. The company also shipped 34 per cent more products to customers. In July alone, 190,349t of cement was shipped, the company’s best result since 2013.
